Phoenix Challenge exists to create a means of collaboration across organizations and governments to tackle the difficult problems both technically and policy-wise that contribute to a more secure, open, and free information environment and that defend this same information environment from adversaries wishing to use it to undermine free societies.
Phoenix Challenge was designed to encourage collaboration between government, academia, and industry to encourage all to have a common understanding of government needs, policy issues, and technical challenges. This has not changed.
Our first event in the renewed Phoenix Challenge is a limited invitation-only event conducted on-line and just prior to the DoD Worldwide Information Operations Conference in April 2021. PC will be conducted on 13 April. A proposed agenda can be seen here.
To register your interest in this event, go to the Information Professionals Association website and indicate your interest by registering for PC updates. We’ll let you know about attendance which is currently targeted for senior officials at the O-6 to O-8 rank and civilian equivalents. We will also have a limited number of invited industry participants who will present on topics of current interest.
Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter.
